1. Agreement to terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of SerpBeats, a search-ranking and AI-visibility tracking platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SerpBeats.
On the sign-up form you tick that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and that you have read the KVKK Disclosure Notice. The date of these confirmations and the version of the texts are kept with your account.
2. The service
SerpBeats tracks search-engine rankings, competitor visibility, and AI-platform visibility for the domains, keywords, and prompts you configure. Data is collected on a schedule you control and provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific ranking outcome, and search engines and AI platforms may change without notice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected] .
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Plan limits are described on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. You can cancel from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Track domains or run queries you do not have the right to monitor for a purpose prohibited by law.
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the service without written consent.
- Use the service in a way that disrupts its operation or other users' access.
6. Data collected on your behalf
When you add a keyword, competitor, or AI-visibility prompt, SerpBeats queries public search engines and AI platforms to collect ranking and visibility data. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this data complies with the relevant platforms' terms and applicable law.
If you connect a Google account such as Search Console, you confirm that you have the right to access the property you connect and that SerpBeats may read that property's data, read-only, as described in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy. You can remove the permission at any time. Google's data usually arrives 2-3 days late and some queries are never shown for privacy reasons; we show what Google returns, as it is.
7. Intellectual property
SerpBeats and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SerpBeats and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your project data, including the domains, keywords, and reports in your account, remains yours.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep SerpBeats available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, or events outside our control may affect ranking updates or the platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerpBeats is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or decisions based on its ranking or visibility data.
10. Termination and account deletion
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that risks harm to SerpBeats or other users.
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately:
- Any active subscription is cancelled immediately. Unlike cancelling a plan, access does not continue to the end of the billing period and no automatic refund is issued for the remainder.
- Any prompt add-on packs are cancelled and stop renewing.
- Your projects, keywords, ranking history, AI-visibility prompts, reports, and remaining update credits are deleted. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
- Payment records required for accounting and tax purposes are retained. Paddle, as merchant of record, keeps its own invoice records independently.
Deleted account data cannot be restored. Export your ranking history before deleting if you wish to keep it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
