Refund Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

1. Who you are buying from

SerpBeats subscriptions and add-ons are sold through Paddle. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for each purchase: it processes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles eligible withdrawal or refund requests under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Paddle may appear on your statement.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal

Any right of withdrawal you have as a consumer is governed by the mandatory law of your country of residence and Paddle's then-current Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. For eligible consumers in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, this right generally lasts 14 days from the transaction date for one-off purchases and the first payment under a subscription. Later subscription renewals do not start a new 14-day withdrawal period unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

If, during checkout, you expressly ask for the product or service to be made available before the 14-day period ends and then start using or benefiting from it, you may lose the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law. Paddle, as merchant of record, determines eligibility and the refundable amount.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not automatically issue a full or prorated refund for unused days.

Deleting your account is different from cancelling a subscription: it ends access and removes account data immediately. Account deletion does not create a refund entitlement. Any applicable statutory withdrawal or refund request must be submitted separately through Paddle.

4. Update credits and prompt packs

Update credits are consumed when a check runs and create non-recoverable third-party query costs. Used credits are not refundable. Unused credits or add-ons are refundable only when required by mandatory law or found eligible under Paddle's Refund Policy.

Prompt packs may renew with your subscription and can be cancelled separately without changing the main plan. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not automatically refund a period already under way.

5. Other refund requests

Completed transactions and billing periods already under way are non-refundable unless a mandatory statutory withdrawal or refund right applies. Paddle may grant a discretionary refund in particular circumstances under its own policy; such a decision does not create an automatic or continuing entitlement.

This policy does not limit your rights concerning a defective or misdescribed service, mandatory consumer protections, or verified billing errors.

6. Billing errors

A duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation that should have taken effect, or an amount that does not match your plan is refunded in full whenever it happened. Tell us and we will correct it.

7. How to request a refund

Submit a refund or withdrawal request using the “Manage transaction” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt, or directly through paddle.net . Where available for an eligible transaction, choose “Request withdrawal” or “Request refund.”

If you cannot locate the transaction, email [email protected] from your account email address. We can help route the request to Paddle; final eligibility and payment processing are determined by Paddle.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes are communicated by email or through the platform before they take effect, and never applied retroactively to a purchase already made.
